Aaron Thompson, CRO at SuccessHacker, wrote a Linkedin article called "QBRs are stupid. Naturally, we had to talk about it. The problem is QBRs is that we say they are focused on the customer, but we deliver them as all about us. Aaron is begging us to re-examine the nature of our QBRs to make them actually about the customer and for the customer.
