The World Health Organization (WHO) recently defined working "long hours" which is over 55 hours a week on average as the leading occupational disease in the world today. It causes heart attacks, heart disease, hypertension and other deadly diseases.

Chaim defines the Right to Disconnect from work beyond the accepted working hours as a winning step for both the employees and their employers.
