In this episode Rob and Frank talk all about architecture and even had a special guest expert, Jess Kern from Interior Vision. Rob and Frank spoke about how proper planning in a house can make a home more valuable. Utilizing items such as lots of windows for natural light, proper house placement and floor plans with open concepts can improve everything from mood to quality of life. They also tackled the concept of resale value in a well planned home and do's and don'ts for your new home.

Jess Kern, an interior designer and building process planner, spoke with Rob about modern architecture. We enjoyed hearing Jess's tips for construction and even had a quick discussion on Frank Lloyd Wright! Jess explained that during the building process there are a lot of decisions to make; sometimes this can be stressful even when the customer has a great builder. She helps the homeowner by guiding them through the selection process and keeping them on track with items needed during the building process. The end results include happy customers, a great finished product and staying on schedule.
