Weep for Manetheren
Inspiration:
In light of the “cancellation” of WoT (not giving up hope), I thought it would be fitting to make this week’s cocktail to join the sadness of the fandom with the song/story of Manetheren. The red color of the cocktail represents the blood of Aemon, and the simple syrup around the rim simulates the tears as we weep for Manetheren and the show.
Cocktail Recipe:
In a shaker with ice, pour:
1.5 oz vodka
0.75 oz Cointreau
0.75 oz cranberry juice
0.25 oz grenadine
0.25 oz rosemary simple syrup
Shake, then strain into a martini glass
Optional: rim martini glass with simple syrup (tears)
