Singapore shares inched higher today as investors continue to mull the situation in the Middle East.

The Straits Times Index was up 0.2% at 3,933.67 points at 11.59am Singapore time, with a value turnover of S$561.93M seen in the broader market.

In terms of counters to watch, we have Singapore Airlines. The national carrier announced in its annual report yesterday that it paid its chief executive Goh Choon Phong S$7 million in remuneration for the latest financial year ended Mar 31.
