Hans is the Director of Salesforce & CRM Platforms Access TeleCare
Hans has over 15 years of hands-on experience within the Salesforce ecosystem and a proven track record of delivering transformative business solutions, serving as project lead for over 250 implementations and solution architect for over 50 tech stack and business process overhauls.
His expertise includes solution design and planning, stakeholder engagement and alignment, agile methodologies and development team management, as well as change management and product strategy.
Hans has strong healthcare understanding, RCM and scheduling, working as Salesforce lead at Athena and having done over 15 Field Service implementations including complex routing and scheduling use cases.
In this role, Hans will lead the efficient and stable operation of our Salesforce infrastructure which is now crucial in maintaining the high availability and performance for our solution and services. He will serve as both thought leader and technical architect, leading enterprise adoption of optimization and innovation initiatives that will transform the clinical and operational provision of care via telemedicine.
On a personal note, Hans lives in Massachusetts where he is an avid athlete, outdoor enthusiast, family chef and handyman. He also volunteers his time to Greenbelt, Save the Harbor Save the Bay, Chebacco Lake Watershed Association, and other conservation efforts.
