Many reentry programs feature job readiness training. It is standard in the practice, while teaching entrepreneurship is not.

My guest today runs a successful job readiness training program in Kansas City, Missouri .

Natasha Kirsch is the founder and executive director of the Grooming Project, a nonprofit that teaches women in need how to groom dogs so they can get a job with a livable wage.
