Min erfaring er at alle konflikter har en vei som leder til løsning av konflikten. Men en ting er å løse en konkret konflikt, vel så viktig er at de involverte finner en vei videre hvor de samhandler og har en gjensidig forståelse hvordan de skal unngå fremtidig konflikt.
