I posted a sticky note on my kitchen wall in 2023 that (still) says "ascension doesn't happen without faith." Faith has been on the minds of many this week according to the numerous social media posts I've been seeing. Faith, like many spiritual topics of conversation, is rather abstract at first appearance. I task myself with taking the abstract a…

Simple observation shows us the people in our families, our neighborhoods, and our communities do not enjoy good health. The truth - none of these people will know good health as long as they believe their current health care system has their best interests at heart. There is a great chasm between what has been taught - essentially the absence of n…

Yes, there is darkness in this world. Yes, there is darkness in each one of us. There are those who are afraid of the dark. Some refuse to look at it for fear they will become lost in it. Others believe they deserve the darkness that has enveloped them. What if ... darkness is, instead of the "enemy" we've been programmed to believe it is ... it is…

It is no secret that we are the creators of our life experience. I believe what we create has more to do with what we hold in our subconscious mind than with the thoughts that we think. That said, we all have our starting point, and becoming aware of the thoughts that we are having at any given point throughout the day is definitely a stepping ston…

How long has it been since you relinquished your dreams to society's incessant need to invalidate, undermine, or otherwise tell you that your dreams weren't possible? Would you believe me if I told you - that happened because your dreams, the expressions of your soul, were too much for humanity to handle at the time? I have good news! The energetic…

As I watched the movie IF last night, I was reminded that we are able to dream - for real, dream - again ... here on Earth, as our divine human self. Phew! This is mind-blowing on so many levels! I feel that so very many of us have reached a point in which all that we have been doing for work, to earn an income, to pay the bills, to put food on the…

We have all long been defined by ideas and beliefs that are not our own. That said, there are many who are doing the work to clear their energetic systems of these things - simply because they choose to remember who they actually, truly are. There is a larger truth that goes along with doing the work. As we let go of all that no longer serves our h…

The old way insists that every experience is good or bad, useful or not useful, right or wrong, happy or sad, etc. All of these words - labels - are judgments that come from the programming contained within our individual systems. This is why people see and recall things, such as an automobile accident, differently. Our programming creates our pers…

It is a common belief that spirituality requires us to have our "head in the clouds." The astral plane, knowledge of past lives, exotic meditational experiences ... while all of these things are of a spiritual nature, not one of these things are relevant to what is being asked of us right now ... to do the work that is necessary to walk this planet…

There is a sanskrit word - alaha - which means unity. Unity, as I feel it in my heart, requires us to remember that ALL is connected, and that we, humanity, are and have always been connected to nature and to our divinity. This is the way that God has always intended. We simply chose to forget these things for awhile. The time has come for us to ch…
