Listen as host Amy Rodquist-Kodet, a health coach with UK HR Health and Wellness, introduces the Mindful Eating practice which focuses on the experience of eating, both internally by recognizing hunger and fullness cues and externally by engaging the senses, which can improve digestion, prevent overeating and reduce stress.
