Returning guest Tanner McMullen on Building Fortunes Radio with Scott Johnson and Peter Mingils on advances he's made with AI for legal assistance. Scott Johnson and Peter Mingils have a discussion on the advancement of Tanner McMullen and his legal situation using AI in his child custody and family court issues. AI-Powered Legal Assistance: Democratizing Access to Justice. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the legal landscape by empowering individuals to navigate complex legal procedures without the hefty price tag of traditional legal services. As legal fees continue to soar—often costing hundreds of dollars per hour for attorney consultations—AI-driven tools are stepping in to provide affordable, accessible, and efficient solutions for everyday people. From drafting documents to understanding rights, AI is bridging the gap for those who cannot afford lawyers, transforming access to justice. One of the most significant ways AI aids legal processes is through automated document preparation. Platforms like LegalZoom and Rocket Lawyer use AI to guide users through creating legally binding documents, such as wills, contracts, or lease agreements. By answering simple questions, users receive tailored documents that comply with local laws, all at a fraction of the cost of hiring an attorney. These tools leverage natural language processing (NLP) to ensure accuracy and clarity, making them user-friendly even for those with no legal background. For example, a small business owner can draft a partnership agreement for under $50, compared to $1,000 or more for a lawyer's services. AI also empowers individuals by providing free or low-cost legal research tools. Platforms like Casetext and Fastcase use AI to analyze vast databases of case law, statutes, and regulations, offering insights that were once the domain of expensive legal research firms. These tools allow users to understand precedents or legal requirements relevant to their cases, such as landlord-tenant disputes or employment issues. By democratizing access to this knowledge, AI helps people make informed decisions without paying for costly consultations. Chatbots and virtual assistants, such as DoNotPay, take AI assistance further by offering step-by-step guidance for specific legal tasks. Need to appeal a parking ticket or file for a small claims court? These AI-driven bots provide actionable advice, generate letters, or even file paperwork on behalf of users. DoNotPay, dubbed "the world's first robot lawyer,” has helped users save millions by automating tasks that would otherwise require expensive legal representation. Its success highlights how AI can handle routine legal matters efficiently. Moreover, AI promotes fairness by reducing barriers for underserved communities. Nonprofits like Upsolve use AI to assist low-income individuals with bankruptcy filings, a process that typically costs thousands in legal fees. By guiding users through eligibility and paperwork, Upsolve has helped thousands avoid financial ruin without a lawyer's bill. While AI cannot replace attorneys in complex litigation, it excels in routine legal tasks, saving time and money. As these technologies evolve, they promise to further democratize justice, ensuring that legal support is no longer a privilege but a right accessible to all. You can see more of what Scott Johnson has on https://www.facebook.com/stoptheamwaytoolscam The Amway tools scam is a hidden profit scheme within the Amway multi-level marketing (MLM) structure that exploits distributors, often leaving them with financial losses instead of the promised wealth. Amway, a well-known MLM company, markets health, beauty, and home products through independent business owners (IBOs). While the company emphasizes product sales, the real money for top-tier distributors, often at the Diamond level or above, comes from selling motivational "tools” like books, tapes, seminars, and rallies, not from product sales. These tools, promoted as essential for success, create a separate revenue stream that disproportionately benefits upline leaders while draining the profits of lower-level distributors.Distributors are pressured to purchase these overpriced tools, often costing hundreds or thousands annually, with promises of learning the secrets to building a lucrative Amway business. However, studies and lawsuits reveal that 99% of Amway distributors lose money, with average earnings below $100 monthly after expenses. The tools business, controlled by high-ranking distributors like Dexter Yager, generates millions for the elite, who earn significant markups on items like cassette tapes sold at rallies for up to $10,000 a night in cash. Meanwhile, new recruits face high startup costs—starter kits, training sessions, and product samples—further eroding their profits. This creates a pyramid-like structure where uplines profit from downlines' purchases, not retail sales, resembling an illegal scheme. The scam thrives on coercion, with uplines leveraging mentorship and cult-like tactics to ensure compliance, threatening to withhold support if tools aren't bought. Legal actions, like the 2007 UK investigation, exposed deceptive practices, yet Amway often deflects blame to "independent” distributors. For most IBOs, the dream of financial freedom becomes a costly trap, enriching the few at the expense of the many. Jean Luc and Peter Mingils talk about the perceived relationship with Donald trump and Jeffrey Epstein with a dash of Obama drama. President Donald Trump, Jefferey Epstein and Ex president Barak Obama are featured in this week's conversation. These weekly episodes can be heard on The Youmongus Radio Network too! Peter Mingils and Jean Luc have enjoyed 437+ radio shows on the Building Fortunes Radio network. Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein: Their Relationship in the 1980s and 1990s In the 1980s and 1990s, Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein moved in overlapping social circles as prominent figures in New York's elite scene, with connections rooted in wealth, status, and shared social venues. Their relationship, while not deeply personal, reflected the interconnected world of high society during that era, with documented interactions shedding light on their acquaintance. Trump, a rising real estate mogul, and Epstein, a financier climbing the social ladder, were both fixtures in Manhattan's nightlife and Palm Beach's affluent circles. Epstein, who purchased his Palm Beach mansion in 1990, was a neighbor to Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate, fostering proximity that led to social encounters. A 1992 video from NBC archives shows them together at a Mar-a-Lago party, laughing and mingling, with Trump gesturing toward women on the dance floor, suggesting a casual, party-driven camaraderie typical of the era's elite gatherings. Trump's own statements, like a 2002 New York Magazine quote, described Epstein as a "terrific guy” he'd known for 15 years, indicating their acquaintance began around 1987. He noted their shared interest in "beautiful women,” though he later distanced himself from Epstein. Their interactions were not limited to parties. Epstein reportedly used Trump's private plane for travel in the 1990s, and flight logs confirm Epstein's presence on Trump's jet at least once. They also crossed paths at events tied to beauty pageants and modeling, given Trump's ownership of the Miss Universe Organization and Epstein's connections to modeling agencies. However, no evidence suggests a formal business partnership. Epstein's financial dealings with figures like Les Wexner and his role at Bear Stearns earlier in the 1980s placed him in Trump's orbit, as both leveraged networks of influence. By the early 2000s, their relationship soured. Trump reportedly banned Epstein from Mar-a-Lago around 2007, possibly due to Epstein's inappropriate behavior or a property dispute, though details remain unclear. Legal documents, including Virginia Giuffre's allegations, mention Trump as a peripheral figure in Epstein's world but do not implicate him in criminal activity. Public records and depositions, like those from Epstein's victims, note Trump's presence at social events but lack evidence of deeper involvement. The Trump-Epstein connection in the 1980s and 1990s was a product of shared social spheres, marked by fleeting interactions at high-profile events. While their acquaintance was notable, it appears to have been superficial, defined by the era's glitzy excess rather than a meaningful alliance. Harshman Travel Agency owners Pam Harshman and Ron Harshman discusses the Star of the Seas Maiden voyage and Cruise ship updates. Book your cruise or travel through Harshman Travel Agency now! https://harshmantravel.com On this episode Ron Harshman gives us plenty of positive updates inside the cruise industry. Peter asked about the Royal Caribbean The Star of the Seas, operated by Royal Caribbean International, is a flagship vessel of the Icon Class, designed to deliver a premium family vacation experience. Its business model is centered around generating revenue through a combination of cruise fares, onboard spending, strategic partnerships, and operational efficiencies, while leveraging innovative ship design and sustainability initiatives to attract a broad customer base. Below is a detailed breakdown of the business model, tailored to the Star of the Seas and informed by Royal Caribbean's broader operational strategy, with specific references to the ship where applicable. 1. Revenue from Cruise Fares Primary Source: The core revenue stream comes from ticket sales for cruise fares, which cover accommodations, dining, entertainment, and access to onboard amenities. The Star of the Seas, launching in August 2025 from Port Canaveral, Florida, offers weeklong Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries, with shorter three-night cruises to Perfect Day at CocoCay starting at $839 per person and seven-night cruises starting around $1,108 per person. Pricing Strategy: Royal Caribbean employs a tiered pricing model to cater to diverse budgets, offering everything from affordable interior cabins to luxury suites. The Star of the Seas, with 2,805 staterooms and capacity for 5,610 passengers at double occupancy (up to 7,600 at maximum), targets families, couples, and adventure-seekers with varied pricing options. Value Proposition: The ship's "neighborhood” concept (e.g., Thrill Island, Chill Island, Surfside, AquaDome) and unique features like the largest waterpark at sea, six record-breaking waterslides, and the Crown's Edge skywalk create a differentiated, high-value vacation experience, justifying premium pricing. Itinerary Appeal: Stops at Royal Caribbean's private island, Perfect Day at CocoCay, and plans for Perfect Day Mexico (2027) enhance the appeal of itineraries, driving demand. The ship's ability to offer both thrilling and relaxing experiences caters to multigenerational travelers, a key demographic. 2. Onboard Spending Ancillary Revenue: A significant portion of revenue comes from onboard purchases, as passengers spend on additional services and amenities not included in the base fare. These include: Dining: Specialty restaurants like the Lincoln Park Supper Club (with live entertainment in a 1930s Chicago-inspired setting) and AquaDome Market (offering diverse cuisines like pulled pork, pad Thai, and empanadas) charge extra for premium dining experiences. Beverages: Drink packages, specialty cocktails at venues like The Lime & Coconut, and swim-up bars encourage spending. Activities: Paid experiences such as the Crown's Edge skywalk, spa services, and premium shore excursions (e.g., cabanas at Perfect Day at CocoCay) add to revenue. Retail and Entertainment: Onboard shops, casino gambling, and premium entertainment options (e.g., shows at the AquaTheater) contribute to ancillary income. Upselling Strategy: The Star of the Seas is designed with eight distinct neighborhoods to maximize engagement, encouraging passengers to spend on unique experiences tailored to different interests (e.g., family-friendly Surfside, adult-only Hideaway Beach). The ship's scale (248,663 gross tonnage, 20 decks) and diverse offerings create multiple revenue touchpoints. 3. Strategic Partnerships Key Collaborations: Royal Caribbean partners with suppliers (e.g., food and beverage providers, entertainment companies) to deliver high-quality onboard experiences. These partnerships reduce operational costs and enhance offerings, such as the curated menus at AquaDome Market. Port and Tourism Alliances: Partnerships with port authorities and local tourism organizations secure prime docking locations and exclusive access to destinations like Perfect Day at CocoCay, Labadee (Haiti), and planned Royal Beach Clubs in the Bahamas (2025) and Cozumel (2026). These private destinations drive demand by offering controlled, high-margin experiences. Technology Partnerships: The integration of SpaceX's Starlink technology across Royal Caribbean's fleet, including the Star of the Seas, improves internet connectivity, enhancing guest satisfaction and enabling premium Wi-Fi packages for additional revenue. Construction and Design: Collaboration with Meyer Turku shipyard in Finland ensures innovative ship design (e.g., the 327-ton glass-and-steel AquaDome), balancing cost efficiency with cutting-edge features to attract passengers. 4. Operational Efficiency and Scale Economies of Scale: The Star of the Seas, with a capacity for nearly 8,000 passengers and 2,350 crew, leverages economies of scale to maximize revenue per voyage while spreading fixed costs (e.g., fuel, maintenance) across a large passenger base. Its size (1,196 feet long, 248,663 gross tonnage) allows for extensive amenities, increasing onboard spending opportunities. Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Power: The ship is powered by LNG, which is marketed as a cleaner alternative to traditional marine fuels, reducing fuel costs over time and aligning with sustainability trends that appeal to environmentally conscious travelers. Additional systems like waste heat recovery and shore power connectivity further optimize efficiency and reduce emissions while docked. Construction and Maintenance: Built at Meyer Turku for an estimated $2 billion (based on Icon of the Seas' cost), the Star of the Seas benefits from modular construction techniques (e.g., prefabricated cabins) to streamline production and reduce costs. Regular maintenance, as seen with Icon of the Seas, ensures reliability but can lead to occasional cancellations for repairs. 5. Sustainability as a Market Differentiator Environmental Strategy: Royal Caribbean emphasizes sustainability to attract modern travelers and comply with regulations. The Star of the Seas uses LNG, waste-to-energy systems, advanced wastewater treatment, and sustainable procurement practices (e.g., recycling, composting). These initiatives align with the company's goal of a net-zero cruise ship by 2035, enhancing brand reputation and appealing to eco-conscious consumers. Criticism and Challenges: Environmental groups have raised concerns about LNG's methane emissions, but Royal Caribbean counters that LNG is a transitional fuel, complemented by other technologies like fuel cells and shore power. This dual focus on innovation and sustainability helps mitigate backlash while maintaining market appeal. 6. Marketing and Brand Positioning Target Audience: The Star of the Seas is marketed as "The World's Best Family Vacation,” targeting families, multigenerational groups, and adventure-seekers. Features like the Surfside neighborhood for young kids, Thrill Island's waterpark, and Chill Island's massive pool cater to diverse demographics. Brand Recognition: Royal Caribbean, voted Best Cruise Line Overall for 22 years by Travel Weekly, leverages its reputation and celebrity endorsements (e.g., Diana Ross as godmother of Star of the Seas) to boost visibility and credibility. Pre-Booking Incentives: Early booking for shows, dining, and excursions reduces onboard congestion and secures revenue upfront. The ship's novelty (second Icon Class ship) and "fresh-out-of-the-shipyard” appeal drive early reservations, as seen with the added three-night cruise on August 20, 2025. 7. Customer Loyalty and Repeat Business Crown & Anchor Society: Royal Caribbean's loyalty program encourages repeat bookings by offering perks like discounts, priority boarding, and exclusive events, fostering customer retention across its fleet, including the Star of the Seas. Private Destinations: Stops at Perfect Day at CocoCay and future Royal Beach Clubs create unique, brand-exclusive experiences that incentivize customers to choose Royal Caribbean over competitors like Carnival or Norwegian Cruise Line. Guest Satisfaction: The Star of the Seas builds on the success of Icon of the Seas, which exceeded expectations in guest satisfaction and financial performance, with 2025 bookings outpacing 2024. This suggests strong demand for the Icon Class experience, driving repeat business. 8. Competitive Positioning Market Leadership: Royal Caribbean competes with Carnival Corporation, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, and MSC Cruises by offering larger, more innovative ships like the Star of the Seas. Its Icon Class sets a new standard with record-breaking amenities (e.g., tallest waterslide at sea, largest pool) to differentiate from competitors. Challenges: The business model faces risks from health outbreaks (e.g., norovirus incidents on other Royal Caribbean ships), geopolitical factors, and economic downturns, which can reduce demand. Enhanced cleaning protocols and health measures, as seen on Navigator of the Seas, mitigate these risks. Connection to Previous QueriesYour earlier questions about A.L.I.C.E. AI (sound healing) and a "Tesla bed for dogs” suggest an interest in innovative wellness or pet-related products. The Star of the Seas does not directly relate to these, but it does feature a golden retriever mascot, Sailor, which could appeal to pet lovers, and its wellness-focused amenities (e.g., spa services, relaxing Chill Island) align with the broader wellness trend of A.L.I.C.E. AI's sound healing. No pet-specific beds or sound-healing technologies are mentioned for the Star of the Seas, but the ship's pet-friendly branding (e.g., Sailor) and relaxation zones could complement such interests. Cost Context One-Time Costs: The Star of the Seas itself represents a $2 billion investment for Royal Caribbean, but for passengers, cruise fares start at $839 for a three-night trip and $1,108 for a seven-night cruise. Additional onboard purchases (e.g., dining, activities) vary widely, with specialty dining costing $20–$100+ per person and excursions like cabanas at CocoCay ranging from $50–$200+. Monthly/Recurring Costs: There are no monthly fees for passengers, as the business model relies on one-time cruise fares and onboard spending. Royal Caribbean's operational costs (e.g., fuel, crew, maintenance) are offset by high passenger volumes and ancillary revenue. ConclusionThe business model behind the Star of the Seas is built on delivering a premium, all-inclusive vacation experience with diverse revenue streams from cruise fares and onboard spending, supported by strategic partnerships, operational scale, and sustainability initiatives. Its innovative design, family-friendly focus, and exclusive destinations like Perfect Day at CocoCay position it as a market leader, despite risks like health outbreaks or environmental criticism. Terry Kelliher hosts a Radio Show weekly on this Kell News Radio Show with Peter Mingils. On this episode, Terry Kelliher and Peter Mingils discuss the The Kell News Project as it progresses to launching and how products like this take shape and evolve during their launch. Although NPR News and PBS will make up the funding the Trump Administration took away, they will still survive. Terry Keiher's project will fit a special niche in the news market. Understanding PEG Channels and the Impact of Government Funding Public, Educational, and Governmental (PEG) channels are specialized television channels operated by local governments, schools, or non-profit organizations to provide community-focused content. These channels serve as platforms for public access, educational programming, and government transparency, broadcasting everything from city council meetings to local events, school board discussions, and citizen-produced shows. PEG channels are typically mandated by the Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984, which allows local governments to require cable operators to set aside channels and resources for community use as part of franchise agreements. PEG channels are funded primarily through franchise fees paid by cable companies to local governments, often a percentage (up to 5%) of the cable operator's gross revenue. Some PEG operations also receive direct government funding, grants, or donations, though the reliance on franchise fees is significant. These funds support equipment, facilities, staff, and training for community members to create content, ensuring accessibility and diversity in programming that commercial media often overlooks. However, government funding decisions profoundly impact PEG channels. Budget cuts or reallocation of franchise fees can reduce resources, limiting operational capacity, equipment upgrades, or staff hiring. For instance, when municipalities face financial constraints, PEG funding is sometimes diverted to other priorities, leading to reduced programming quality or channel closures. Conversely, increased government support can enhance PEG channels' ability to modernize technology, expand digital platforms, or offer more community training programs, amplifying their reach and impact. The decline in cable subscriptions due to cord-cutting has also strained franchise fee revenue, putting pressure on PEG sustainability. Without stable funding, these channels risk losing their role as vital community resources. Ensuring consistent government support is crucial to preserving PEG channels as democratic platforms for local voices, education, and civic engagement. The Ideal Network Founder Darlene Sartore shows Peter Mingils Urantia Paper 170 Section 4 Darlene Sartore and Peter Mingils have host this Ideal Network Radio show on Building Fortunes Radio. Urantia Paper 170, Section 4: The Kingdom of Heaven and Its Moral Implications. Urantia Paper 170, Section 4, from *The Urantia Book*, delves into the moral and spiritual dimensions of the "Kingdom of Heaven," a central concept in Jesus' teachings as presented in the text. This section emphasizes the kingdom as an inner, spiritual reality rather than a material or political institution, highlighting its transformative power on individual character and societal ethics. The section begins by clarifying that the Kingdom of Heaven, as taught by Jesus, is not a temporal organization but a divine fellowship rooted in the recognition of God's sovereignty in the human heart. It describes the kingdom as a spiritual relationship between the individual and God, fostering a life of righteousness, love, and service. This inner kingdom manifests outwardly through moral conduct, as believers align their actions with divine will. The text underscores that true membership in the kingdom requires a personal commitment to living in harmony with God's values, emphasizing faith, sincerity, and ethical integrity over ritual or dogma. Section 4 elaborates on the moral prerequisites for entering the kingdom, portraying it as accessible to all who earnestly seek truth and righteousness. It stresses that the kingdom is not exclusive to any race, class, or creed but is open to anyone who embraces the spiritual ideals of love, forgiveness, and service to others. Jesus' teachings, as recounted, prioritize inner transformation—described as a "new birth" through faith—over external adherence to religious laws. This transformation leads to a life of moral excellence, where actions reflect divine principles like compassion, justice, and humility. The section also addresses the kingdom's societal impact, suggesting that its principles, when lived out, naturally elevate human relationships and institutions. It contrasts the kingdom's moral foundation with worldly systems built on power or self-interest, advocating for a community bound by mutual respect and spiritual unity. However, it warns against misinterpreting the kingdom as a means to achieve earthly power, emphasizing its role in fostering personal growth and eternal values. Ultimately, Paper 170, Section 4, presents the Kingdom of Heaven as a dynamic, living reality that begins within the individual and radiates outward, reshaping character and society through love and righteousness. It calls for a moral awakening, urging believers to embody divine ideals in daily life, thus fulfilling Jesus' vision of a world transformed by spiritual truth. Building Fortunes Radio listening audience enjoys Scott Johnson and Peter Mingils on MLM scandals and MLM news. This is an interesting interview with Scott Johnson and Peter Mingils as discussions on the news going on in network marketing. Alex Morton and IM Academy updates on the FTC demand for settlements. Bridgette Read book review of Little Bosses Everywhere and even contract comparison of MLM Contracts versus employment contracts such as Astronomer CEO Byron You can see more of what Scott Johnson has on https://www.facebook.com/stoptheamwaytoolscam The Amway tools scam is a hidden profit scheme within the Amway multi-level marketing (MLM) structure that exploits distributors, often leaving them with financial losses instead of the promised wealth. Jean Luc and Peter Mingils talk about Banking rules and Cryptocurrency Laws just passed. These weekly episodes can be heard on The Youmongus Radio Network too! Peter Mingils and Jean Luc have enjoyed 437 radio shows on the Building Fortunes Radio network. The Dawn of a New Crypto Era: Trump's GENIUS Act and Beyond. In July 2025, the United States marked a historic milestone in cryptocurrency regulation with the passage of the GENIUS Act, signed into law by President Donald Trump on July 18. This landmark legislation, officially titled the "Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for U.S. Stablecoins,” represents the first major federal framework for regulating stablecoins—cryptocurrencies pegged to stable assets like the U.S. dollar to minimize price volatility. The signing, celebrated as a triumph for the crypto industry, signals a dramatic shift from the Biden administration's enforcement-heavy approach to a more innovation-friendly stance, fulfilling Trump's campaign promise to make America the "crypto capital of the world.”[](https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/trump-sign-1st-major-federal-cryptocurrency-bill-law/story?id=123862419)[](https://apnews.com/article/donald-trump-stablecoins-congress-cryptocurrency-94fa3c85e32ec6fd5a55576cf46e58ea) The GENIUS Act, passed with strong bipartisan support (308-122 in the House and a Senate majority), establishes clear guardrails for stablecoin issuers. It mandates full reserves, monthly audits, and dual supervision by federal and state regulators, ensuring consumer protections while fostering trust in digital assets. Stablecoins, viewed as a safer crypto variant due to their 1:1 dollar backing, are poised to revolutionize commerce by enabling instant, low-cost global transactions. Industry leaders like Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong and Circle's Jeremy Allaire hailed the law as a step toward mainstream adoption, potentially reducing reliance on costly intermediaries like credit card companies.[](https://www.reuters.com/legal/government/trump-signs-stablecoin-law-crypto-industry-aims-mainstream-adoption-2025-07-18/) This legislation is part of a broader "Crypto Week” in Congress, where two additional bills advanced. The Clarity Act, which defines whether crypto assets are securities or commodities, passed the House (294-134) and awaits Senate approval. It shifts oversight from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), perceived as more crypto-friendly, addressing long-standing industry complaints about regulatory ambiguity. The third bill, banning central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), reflects Trump's opposition to government-issued digital currencies, citing privacy concerns. This ban, also pending Senate approval, aligns with his January 23, 2025, executive order prohibiting federal agencies from developing CBDCs.[](https://www.nytimes.com/2025/07/17/us/politics/crypto-regulation-bills-explainer.html)[](https://www.reuters.com/legal/government/us-house-passes-stablecoin-legislation-sending-bill-trump-2025-07-17/) Trump's pro-crypto pivot, a stark contrast to his earlier skepticism, is backed by significant industry influence. The crypto sector spent over $245 million on pro-crypto candidates in 2024 elections, including Trump, whose family holds stakes in World Liberty Financial, a stablecoin issuer. Critics, like Rep. Maxine Waters, argue the GENIUS Act lacks robust oversight and could benefit Trump's ventures, despite a provision barring Congress members and their families from profiting off stablecoins (notably excluding the president). Concerns persist about financial risks and the potential for major corporations to dominate the stablecoin market.[](https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/trump-sign-1st-major-federal-cryptocurrency-bill-law/story?id=123862419)[](https://www.pbs.org/newshour/politics/watch-live-trump-signs-law-creating-regulations-for-dollar-linked-stablecoin-cryptocurrencies) Beyond legislation, Trump's administration has taken swift action. A January 23 executive order established a Working Group on Digital Asset Markets, chaired by crypto advocate David Sacks, to draft new regulations and explore a national crypto reserve. The SEC, under new leadership, dropped several Biden-era enforcement actions and formed a Crypto Task Force to clarify regulations. These moves, coupled with a strategic Bitcoin reserve created in June, underscore Trump's vision for U.S. dominance in digital finance.[](https://www.reuters.com/business/finance/trump-signs-order-create-cryptocurrency-working-group-2025-01-23/)[](https://www.dechert.com/knowledge/onpoint/2025/1/three-significant-u-s–crypto-regulatory-developments-in-the-fir.html)[](https://www.whitehouse.gov/fact-sheets/2025/03/fact-sheet-president-donald-j-trump-establishes-the-strategic-bitcoin-reserve-and-u-s-digital-asset-stockpile/) While the GENIUS Act and related policies mark a crypto-friendly era, challenges remain. State regulations, like New York's BitLicense, and ongoing fraud risks require careful navigation. As the U.S. embraces digital assets, balancing innovation with consumer protection will define the success of this transformative moment.[]( https://www.pillsburylaw.com/en/news-and-insights/cryptocurrency-digital-assets-trump.html ) The New Youmongus Radio shows are on https://youmongusradio.com . Harshman Travel Agency owners Pam Harshman and Ron Harshman discusses Expansion of Cruise Industry in second half of 2025 Why Cruise Ship Travelers Need Extra Health Insurance. Embarking on a cruise is an exciting adventure, but health emergencies at sea can turn a dream vacation into a costly nightmare. Standard travel insurance often falls short for cruise-specific medical needs, making additional health insurance a must for savvy travelers. Here's why and what to consider before setting sail. Cruise ships are floating cities, but their onboard medical facilities are limited, akin to urgent care centers at best. Serious emergencies, like heart attacks or severe injuries, may require evacuation to a nearby port or airlift to a hospital, costing tens of thousands of dollars. Most health insurance plans, including Medicare, don't cover medical care outside the U.S. or on international waters, where many cruises operate. Standard cruise line insurance often caps medical coverage at $10,000-$20,000, insufficient for major incidents like a $50,000 medevac or $30,000 hospital stay in a foreign country. Specialized travel health insurance tailored for cruises fills this gap. Policies from providers like Allianz, Berkshire Hathaway, or Travelex offer medical coverage up to $250,000, including emergency evacuation, hospitalization, and repatriation. Look for plans covering pre-existing conditions (with a waiver, if purchased early) and telemedicine access, vital for managing issues at sea. Some policies also reimburse for missed ports or trip interruptions due to medical emergencies, ensuring peace of mind. When choosing a plan, verify it covers your cruise's international destinations and includes 24/7 assistance for coordinating care. Compare costs—policies start at $5-$10/day but vary by age and coverage limits. Purchase early, ideally when booking your cruise, to maximize benefits like cancellation coverage. Don't let an unexpected health crisis sink your trip. Investing in comprehensive health insurance ensures you're protected, letting you focus on enjoying the open seas. Whether you're a corporation seeking innovative incentives or a traveler craving adventure, cruises deliver value, variety, and unforgettable experiences. Contact a trusted travel agent to explore how a cruise can elevate your next incentive program or vacation. The horizon is calling—sail into it. Terry Kelliher hosts a Radio Show weekly on this Kell News Radio Show with Peter Mingils. On this episode, Terry Kelliher and Peter Mingils discuss the The Kell News Project being tweaked and refined. Based on positive feedback, and more resources, the platform is being polished and within weeks of the official launch. Jim Rohn was a motivational speaker for many companies including some MLM Companies. Ken Nielson shares some stories on this episode. Ken Nielson is a network marketing distributor, a leader and a pro at building a home based industry. See why it's easier today than at any time on starting a running a business. On this episode, It's about legitimate tax deductions like gas mileage and business use of the home in MLM. Peter Mingils shares some examples of how this may work in your MLM or any other type of home based business. Ken Nielson runs a home based business successfully and hosts this Building Fortunes Radio series to show people the benefits of building an MLM. Network Marketing still may be the best opportunity for personal health and financial stability in today's economy. Here's some information about jim Rohn: Jim Rohn: The Motivational Maestro and His Impact on MLM Training. Jim Rohn, born Emanuel James Rohn on September 17, 1930, in Yakima, Washington, is celebrated as one of the most influential motivational speakers and personal development gurus of the 20th century. His journey from an Idaho farm boy to a millionaire entrepreneur and globally renowned speaker is a testament to his philosophy of personal responsibility, self-discipline, and goal-setting. While Rohn's legacy spans authorship, seminars, and mentoring icons like Tony Robbins, his significant role in multi-level marketing (MLM) as a trainer shaped the industry and empowered countless distributors to achieve success.[](https://sajeevdev.com/jim-rohn-a-comprehensive-profile-of-the-entrepreneur-author-and-motivational-speaker/)[](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Rohn) Rohn's introduction to MLM came through his mentor, John Earl Shoaff, a successful entrepreneur and motivational speaker. At 25, Rohn was working as a Sears stock clerk, struggling financially, when he attended a lecture by Shoaff. Captivated by Shoaff's charisma and philosophy, Rohn joined AbundaVita, a direct-selling company, as a distributor in 1955. Under Shoaff's guidance, he honed skills in sales, marketing, and leadership, becoming a millionaire by age 31. When Shoaff moved to Nutri-Bio in 1957, Rohn followed, eventually leading the company's Canadian operations. Despite Nutri-Bio's collapse in the early 1960s, Rohn's experience in MLM laid the foundation for his teachings.[](https://sajeevdev.com/jim-rohn-a-comprehensive-profile-of-the-entrepreneur-author-and-motivational-speaker/)[](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Rohn)[](https://www.futurenetworkmarketing.com/Jim-Rohn.html) Rohn's transition to motivational speaking began in 1963 with his first public seminar at the Beverly Hills Hotel, titled "Idaho Farm Boy Makes It to Beverly Hills.” His rags-to-riches story resonated with MLM audiences, who faced similar challenges of building businesses from scratch. In 1966, Rohn was hired by Bestline Products, an MLM company, for $250,000 upfront to conduct recruitment and training meetings across the U.S. His ability to distill complex business principles into practical, inspiring advice made him a sought-after trainer. In the early 1980s, Rohn worked with Herbalife, training distributors under founder Mark Hughes, who credited Rohn's teachings on self-development and hard work for the company's global success.[](https://www.futurenetworkmarketing.com/Jim-Rohn.html)[](https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Rohn)[](https://boolkah.com/jim-rohn-biography/) Rohn's MLM training emphasized personal growth over quick profits. He taught that success in MLM required a mindset shift, urging distributors to focus on becoming more—through discipline, continuous learning, and relationship-building—rather than just earning more. His famous quote, "You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with,” encouraged MLM professionals to surround themselves with motivated individuals. Rohn's philosophy of setting SMART goals (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound) and taking consistent action resonated deeply, helping distributors navigate the rejection and persistence inherent in MLM.[](https://www.entrepreneur.com/living/20-quotes-from-jim-rohn-putting-success-and-life-into/271873)[](https://rrr247.com/jim-rohn/) His influence extended beyond training sessions. Rohn's books, like *7 Strategies for Wealth & Happiness*, and audio programs became staples for MLM distributors, offering timeless wisdom on leadership and networking. He inspired industry leaders like Rory Ricord, who applied Rohn's principles to build successful MLM ventures, and Mark Hughes, whose Herbalife empire reflected Rohn's teachings. Over 40 years, Rohn addressed 6,000 audiences and 5 million people, many in MLM, leaving a legacy as a "national treasure” in personal development. His 1985 National Speakers Association CPAE Award underscored his impact. Until his death on December 5, 2009, Rohn's teachings continued to shape MLM, proving that success is not magic—it's the result of disciplined fundamentals applied consistently.[](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Rohn)[](https://www.nightingale.com/authors/jim-rohn.html)[](https://www.jimrohn.com/jim-rohn-biography/) http://freedomteam1.com is a place to opt-in to form more information about Ken Nielson's system. Hear Lisa return with Scott Johnson and Peter Mingils as she explains her Amway series of stories to this Building Fortunes Radio listening audience. This is an interesting interview with Scott Johnson and Peter Mingils and a special guest Lisa. Lisa and her husband were with Amway for over 30 years. Although they are successful in a traditional business, they could really never make considerable profits with Amway, as most potential profits were re-invested in tools and meetings. Jean Luc and Peter Mingils talk about boats that sail. His new 50 Foot Sailboat is the star of the show Peter Mingils and Jean Luc have enjoyed 434 radio shows on the Building Fortunes Radio network. Now, these weekly episodes can be heard on The Youmongus Radio Network too! Jean Luc was with Diane and they talked bout the new 50 foot sailboat he bought in the last episode. Today we talk about preparation and maintenance. Repainting a Fiberglass Sailboat Bottom: A Professional Guide: As a marine repair expert with years of experience in boatyard maintenance, repainting a fiberglass sailboat's bottom after lifting it from the water is a critical task to ensure performance and longevity. This process, typically done every 1-2 years, protects the hull from marine growth, osmosis, and wear. Here's a concise guide to doing it right, based on proven techniques and industry best practices. First, safely lift the boat using a travel lift or crane and secure it on stands in a well-ventilated, shaded boatyard. Inspect the hull for blisters, cracks, or flaking paint, as these indicate underlying issues like osmosis or poor prior application. For blisters, consult a professional, as they may require epoxy repairs. Next, clean the hull thoroughly. Use a pressure washer (1,500-2,000 PSI) to remove barnacles, algae, and loose paint. Avoid excessive pressure to prevent fiberglass damage. For stubborn growth, scrape gently with a plastic scraper. Sanding is the next critical step. Use 80-grit sandpaper on a random orbital sander to remove old antifouling paint and smooth the surface. Focus on creating a uniform, slightly rough texture for optimal paint adhesion. Wear a respirator, goggles, and gloves to protect against toxic dust. After sanding, wipe the hull with a solvent like acetone or a marine dewaxer to remove oils and residue. Ensure the surface is bone-dry before proceeding. Choose a high-quality antifouling paint suited to your sailing conditions—ablative for frequent sailors or hard paint for less frequent use. Copper-based paints are effective but check local regulations, as some areas restrict their use due to environmental concerns. Apply a marine primer if the gelcoat is exposed or if switching paint types, as this ensures compatibility. Use a roller for large areas and a brush for edges, applying 2-3 thin coats for even coverage. Follow the manufacturer's drying times—typically 4-6 hours between coats—and aim for a total film thickness of 10-12 mils for lasting protection. Finally, inspect your work for missed spots or runs, and sand lightly if needed before launching. Dispose of all waste responsibly, adhering to environmental regulations. A well-painted bottom reduces drag, prevents fouling, and extends your boat's life. For best results, schedule this during dry, mild weather (50-80°F) and consult a professional for complex repairs. Your sailboat will thank you with smoother voyages. The New Youmongus Radio shows are on https://youmongusradio.com . Harshman Travel Agency owners Pam Harshman and Ron Harshman discusses Expansion of Cruise Industry in second half of 2025 The Expanding Cruise Industry and the Power of Travel IncentivesAs a seasoned travel agent with over two decades in the industry, I've witnessed the cruise sector evolve into a dynamic powerhouse, reshaping global tourism and redefining vacation experiences. In 2025, the cruise industry is booming, projected to surpass $50 billion in global revenue, driven by innovative ships, diverse itineraries, and a growing appetite for unique travel experiences. This expansion, coupled with the strategic use of travel incentives, is transforming how businesses and individuals engage with cruising, making it an unparalleled tool for leisure, loyalty programs, and corporate rewards. The cruise industry's growth is fueled by several key trends. Modern cruise lines, such as Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, and emerging eco-conscious brands like Icon of the Seas, are launching megaships with cutting-edge amenities—think onboard surf simulators, Broadway-caliber shows, and sustainable technologies like LNG-powered vessels. These floating resorts cater to multigenerational travelers, offering everything from adrenaline-pumping activities for millennials to wellness retreats for retirees. Smaller, luxury lines like Viking and Silversea are also thriving, providing intimate, destination-focused itineraries to exotic locales like Antarctica or the Galápagos. With over 30 million passengers expected globally in 2025, according to the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), the industry's appeal spans demographics, making it a versatile vacation option.Travel incentives are a game-changer in this landscape, amplifying the industry's reach. Companies across sectors—finance, retail, and even MLMs like Amway—are leveraging cruise-based rewards to boost employee performance, customer loyalty, and sales. Unlike cash bonuses, which are often spent on bills and forgotten, a cruise creates lasting memories, fostering emotional connections with brands. For instance, top-performing employees might earn an all-inclusive Caribbean cruise, complete with gourmet dining and shore excursions, while loyal customers might receive discounted or complimentary trips. These incentives drive engagement: a 2023 study by the Incentive Research Foundation found that travel rewards increase employee productivity by up to 22% and customer retention by 15%.Cruise lines are capitalizing on this trend by partnering with corporations to offer tailored incentive packages. Programs like Royal Caribbean's "Club Royale” or Carnival's "VIFP Club” provide exclusive perks—free upgrades, onboard credits, or private events—for corporate groups or loyalty program members. These partnerships benefit all parties: businesses gain motivated teams or customers, cruise lines fill cabins during off-peak seasons, and travelers enjoy dream vacations. Additionally, cruises are cost-effective for companies, as bulk bookings and negotiated rates reduce per-person costs compared to individual travel.Sustainability is another driver of growth. Cruise lines are investing heavily in eco-friendly technologies—hybrid engines, shore power systems, and waste reduction programs—to appeal to environmentally conscious travelers. This aligns with the values of younger demographics, particularly Gen Z, who prioritize sustainable travel. Ports are also expanding, with new terminals in Galveston, Texas, and Miami accommodating larger ships and boosting local economies. For businesses and individuals, the message is clear: the cruise industry's expansion offers unmatched opportunities. Based on positive feedback, the platform is being polished and within weeks of the official launch Understanding PEG Channels and the Impact of Government Funding Public, Educational, and Governmental (PEG) channels are specialized television channels operated by local governments, schools, or non-profit organizations to provide community-focused content.
