Ray Gebauer is an expert of health and life development. Peter Mingils works with Ray on this Building Fortunes Radio Show. In this episode, Ray talks about the word "Awesome." Embrace the Power of "Awesome" for Your Health and Mental Well-Being Ladies and gentlemen, let's talk about a word that ignites passion, sparks joy, and fuels transformation: Awesome . This isn't just a word—it's a mindset, a lifestyle, a declaration of what's possible when you prioritize your health and mental well-being. To live an awesome life is to embrace the incredible benefits of nurturing your body and mind, unlocking a version of yourself that radiates strength, clarity, and unstoppable energy. Physical health is the foundation of an awesome existence. When you commit to moving your body—whether it's a heart-pounding run, a calming yoga flow, or a brisk walk in the morning sun—you're not just exercising; you're celebrating what your body can do. Regular movement boosts your immune system, strengthens your heart, and floods your brain with endorphins, those magical chemicals that make you feel alive. Studies show that just 30 minutes of moderate exercise five times a week can reduce the risk of chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease by up to 40%. That's awesome! Eating vibrant, nutrient-rich foods—think colorful fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins—fuels your body like premium gas in a sports car. You're not just surviving; you're thriving, with energy to chase your dreams and conquer your day. But awesome health goes beyond the physical. Mental well-being is the spark that lights up your life. When you prioritize your mental health, you're choosing to live with intention and resilience. Practices like mindfulness, meditation, or even a few deep breaths can lower stress hormones like cortisol by up to 25%, according to research. This means less anxiety, better focus, and a mind that's ready to tackle challenges with confidence. An awesome mind doesn't shy away from seeking support—whether through therapy, journaling, or heart-to-heart talks with loved ones. These acts of courage strengthen your emotional core, helping you navigate life's highs and lows with grace. Why does this matter? Because an awesome body and mind create a ripple effect. When you feel strong, you inspire others. When your mind is clear, you make better decisions. When you're energized, you show up fully for your family, your work, your passions. You become a beacon of possibility, proving that health isn't just about living longer—it's about living better. Every step you take toward wellness is a step toward a life that feels vibrant, connected, and, yes, awesome. So, how do you start? Small, intentional choices. Swap one sugary drink for water. Take a 10-minute walk to clear your head. Practice gratitude for one minute each morning. These micro-habits build momentum, turning "I'll try” into "I did it!” You don't need perfection—you need progress. You are capable, worthy, and ready to claim the awesome life waiting for you. Let's make a pact today: to move, to breathe, to choose ourselves. Because when we prioritize our health and mental well-being, we don't just live—we shine. And that, my friends, is truly awesome. ou can hear Ray Gebauer on Youmongus Radio too! https://youmongusradio.com Also on the AM and FM sites: https://youmongus.radio.am and https://youmongus.radio.fm The post Ray Gebauer shares 3rd T in FAST Formula with TRAIL expanding A for Awesome with Peter Mingils appeared first on Building Fortunes Radio Network .…
Ideal Network Founder Darlene Sartore with Peter Mingils on Urantia Papers and the Fruit of Devine Spirit. There is more on https://idealnetwork.info Sure, here is a 550-word post about the Fruit of the Divine Spirit and Urantia Papers using Paper 142, Paper 140, and Paper 193: The Fruit of the Divine Spirit: Cultivating Godliness in the Human Heart The Urantia Papers present a profound and comprehensive revelation of God, the cosmos, and humanity's place within the grand scheme of creation. Central to this understanding is the concept of the Divine Spirit, particularly as it indwells the human mind and works to transform the individual. A significant aspect of this spiritual transformation is the cultivation of the "fruit of the spirit," a concept beautifully elaborated upon in various papers, notably Papers 140, 142, and 193. Paper 140, "The Training of the Twelve," offers invaluable insights into the practical application of spiritual principles in daily life. Here, Jesus emphasizes the importance of actions that spring from a transformed heart. While not explicitly listing the "fruit of the spirit" in the same way as some traditional texts, Jesus's teachings consistently underscore the development of qualities like love, service, patience, and forgiveness. He challenges his disciples to move beyond mere intellectual assent to spiritual truths and instead to embody these truths in their interactions with others. This paper subtly lays the groundwork for understanding how the indwelling Spirit gradually refines and elevates human character. Paper 142, "The Teachings of Jesus on Self-Mastery," further delves into the inner workings of the spirit-led life. This paper highlights the individual's role in cooperating with the Divine Spirit. It's not a passive reception but an active engagement of the human will in choosing righteousness and aligning with divine purpose. Jesus's emphasis on "self-mastery" is directly related to the ability to control one's natural inclinations and to allow the higher spiritual impulses to guide one's thoughts and actions. This conscious effort in personal discipline and self-control is essential for the blossoming of spiritual fruit. As the Paper explains, "The kingdom of heaven is a spiritual experience of individual believers who have become spirit-born of the Spirit of God and the spirit of truth." This "spirit-born" state is precisely where the fruit of the spirit begins to manifest. Finally, Paper 193, "The Appearance of Angels to the Resurrection," while primarily focused on the resurrection, subtly reinforces the transformative power of the Divine Spirit and the ultimate goal of human spiritual progression. The angels' interactions and the overall tenor of the resurrection accounts speak to the reality of spiritual growth and the eventual triumph of truth and love. The joy and peace that permeate these narratives are, in essence, expressions of the fruit of the spirit in a higher, more complete form. It implicitly suggests that the cultivation of these divine qualities in mortal life prepares an individual for the realities of the mansion worlds and beyond. In essence, the "fruit of the spirit" as understood through the Urantia Papers is not a mystical or abstract concept but a tangible outcome of the indwelling Divine Spirit actively transforming the human personality. It involves a conscious choice to align with divine will, a dedicated effort in self-mastery, and the practical expression of love, service, and other divine qualities in one's daily life. It is the living evidence of God's Spirit at work within, gradually conforming the human mind to the divine pattern and preparing the individual for an eternal adventure of increasing godliness. Through the continuous cultivation of these divine fruits, mortals truly become co-creators with God in the grand unfolding of the universe. Learn from Ken Nielson about building a home based industry through automation and systems. See why it's easier today than at any time. On this episode, It's about automation and Timing. Peter Mingils shares some of his personal experiences and expenses invested while developing Automated email delivery systems and phone platforms. Building a home based business is becoming easier and easier with Technology and artificial intelligence. The Power of Automation and Timing in Network Marketing Success In the fast-paced world of network marketing, where connections, follow-ups, and consistency are the backbone of success, mastering automation and timing can be your ultimate game-changer. These two elements are not just tools—they're the foundation for scaling your business, maximizing efficiency, and creating sustainable growth. Let's dive into why automation and timing are critical to thriving in this dynamic industry. Why Automation Matters Network marketing is about building relationships, but it's also about managing time effectively. With countless prospects, team members, and tasks to juggle, manual processes can quickly become overwhelming. This is where automation steps in as your silent partner, streamlining repetitive tasks so you can focus on what truly matters: connecting with people and growing your business. Automation tools, like CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media schedulers, allow you to nurture leads, follow up with prospects, and engage with your audience without being glued to your screen 24/7. Imagine setting up an email sequence that delivers personalized messages to new leads, guiding them through your funnel while you sleep. Or scheduling social media posts to maintain a consistent online presence without spending hours crafting content daily. These tools save time, reduce errors, and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks. More importantly, automation creates a professional, polished experience for your audience. Consistent communication—whether it's a welcome email, a product update, or a training resource for your team—builds trust and credibility. In network marketing, where perception is everything, automation ensures you're always showing up, even when life gets busy. The Art of Timing While automation sets the stage, timing is the director of your success. In network marketing, reaching the right person with the right message at the right moment can make all the difference. Timing is about understanding your audience's needs, behaviors, and readiness to act. For example, sending a follow-up message too soon can feel pushy, but waiting too long risks losing a prospect's interest. Automation tools with built-in analytics can help you identify the optimal time to engage. By tracking open rates, click-throughs, and response patterns, you can schedule messages when your audience is most receptive—whether that's early mornings, lunch breaks, or late evenings. Timing also plays a role in team management. Sharing training resources or motivational content at the start of a new campaign can ignite momentum, while checking in with team members during critical moments—like before a big product launch—keeps everyone aligned and energized. Knowing when to push, when to nurture, and when to step back is a skill that separates top network marketers from the rest. Bringing It Together The magic happens when automation and timing work in harmony. Automated systems allow you to deliver timely, relevant content without manual effort. For instance, a well-timed email sequence can guide a prospect from curiosity to commitment, while automated reminders keep your team on track with goals and deadlines. This synergy creates a scalable system that grows with your business. To succeed, choose automation tools that align with your goals—whether it's a platform like ActiveCampaign for email funnels or Hootsuite for social media management. Then, study your audience to understand their habits and preferences. Test different timings, analyze results, and refine your approach. Over time, you'll create a seamless system that works around the clock, delivering value and building relationships. In network marketing, time is your most valuable asset. Automation maximizes it, and timing optimizes it. Together, they empower you to scale your business, connect authentically, and achieve the freedom and impact you're working toward. Embrace these tools, and watch your network marketing journey transform. Scott Johnson interviews a guest, Tanner McMullen, who has been on the Stop The Amway Tool Scam Radio show with Peter Mingils. You can see more of what Scott Johnson has on https://www.facebook.com/stoptheamwaytoolscam On this episode Scott Johnson talks with Tanner McMullen. Tanner was a guest host with Peter Mingils and Scott Johnson on The Building Fortunes Radio. The bottom line is Tanner would like your help with a challenge he is having with a challenging divorce and the help he needs for his kids. Please sign the petition: https://www.change.org/p/protect-parental-rights-in-wayne-county-wv-let-this-father-be-heard Tanner's message on this: The Issue To Whom It May Concern, My name is Tanner McMullen, a veteran who honorably served in the United States Air Force for five years. I'm writing to urgently request public assistance, legal intervention, and national attention to help protect my two children, who are only six and nine years old, from the systematic abuse, emotional manipulation, and complete parental alienation they are experiencing in Wayne County, West Virginia. This corrupt court system has enabled the mother of my kids to hide and alienate them for 3 years. It's gone on for too long, and the time has come for justice and fairness to be served for my kids, who don't get to speak for themselves. BACKGROUND In 2021, I separated from the military and offered to support my ex-wife, Nora McMullen, and our children during our divorce. I secured a job in Charleston, SC, and offered to move Nora and the kids there, paying three months' rent in advance to help her get settled. Instead, she moved eight hours away to live with my mother, Laurie Wooten, in Huntington, West Virginia, despite having no prior ties to the state or the city. What began as a co-parenting & visitation transition quickly evolved into a calculated campaign of alienation, aided by my mother, Laurie Wooten, and supported by the Wayne County Family Court system, particularly Judge Sean Maynard, who has presided over every family court case in the county since January 2017 and has remained in that public authority ever since. EMOTIONAL ABUSE AND ISOLATION My children are being emotionally and psychologically abused through extreme control and isolation: They are not allowed to watch television, have privacy or bedrooms of their own, & they've never been able to enjoy age-appropriate activities. Their mom demands that they stay under her watchful eye 24/7. Although they deeply desire it, they have no meaningful relationship with extended family members, including those who love and miss them dearly. In 2023, my terminally ill father, Deron McMullen, and my 92-year-old grandmother had to spend $3,000 in legal fees to gain minimal court-ordered visitation—just four hours every other Thursday. Nora made sure to alienate them both, other than this court-ordered time she was mandated to give them. This is while she lived 20 minutes away from them in Wayne County, WV. My children were never given the humanity or empathy from their mom to ever say goodbye to their beloved "Pop Pop” before he died on January 23, 2025—a trauma they are still not allowed to grieve openly to this day, being their mother doesn't allow open conversation regarding my dad or myself. By now, Brynlee and Bodhi are emotionally exhausted, voiceless, and trapped, with no control over their lives, needs, or emotional well-being. Their childhood is being controlled and directed by adults who have made them pawns in a power struggle instead of protecting their happiness and development. ABUSE OF RELIGION AND CULT-LIKE ENVIRONMENT As if the legal and psychological abuse weren't enough, Nora has taken the alienation a step further by embedding herself and the children into a cult-like environment at New Life Church in Cabell County, WV. Her interpretation of the Bible and Christianity is not rooted in compassion, forgiveness, or truth, but in manipulation, submission, and religious extremism. She falsely backs her abusive actions with her skewed religious views, presenting them as "God's will" or "divine instruction." She uses this religious narrative to justify the alienation, teaching the children that their father and paternal family are "bad influences,” or "ungodly,” instead of allowing them to form their own individual bonds and perspectives. This religious manipulation is a form of spiritual abuse that only deepens the emotional damage and enforces fear, shame, and confusion in my children. CORRUPTION AND RETALIATION BY WAYNE COUNTY FAMILY/JUDICIAL COURT When I tried to defend my rights and challenge the court's unfair demands, such as a biased $3,000 Parental Fitness Exam by a court-appointed evaluator 8 hours away, the Wayne County judicial system retaliated: Nora obtained a "No Contact Order" in 2023 based on completely false claims aided by the Wayne County, WV Magistrate Court and Sheriff's Dept. This "Mayberry" esque court system then required me to appear in person to defend myself against this bogus court order, unlike all previous hearings held via phone. I genuinely have always tried to do the right thing with good intentions, so I complied and drove 8 hours overnight to physically appear at this hearing, only to be ambushed and arrested by Wayne County Sheriff Deputies on three baseless arrest warrants written up the same hour I appeared for court that day. I was then jailed for 21 days on a $15,000 cash-only bond, despite there being no actual basis for the charges. One of the unlawful warrants they executed was "Intimidating a Public Official.” That charge was soon dismissed with the reason being "Judge did not feel threatened.” This was a bait-and-switch arrest meant to punish me for defending myself and the morality of the Wayne County Courts, in turn exposing me to public shame and legal trauma. CONTINUED SCHOOL-BASED ABUSE/ALIENATION The alienation campaign continues at Lavalette Elementary School, where my very own mother, Laurie Wooten, is the school secretary and works hand in hand with the school principal, who supports and enables this pattern of abuse. Nora, who lacked any college degree or credentials, was inexplicably hired as the Autism Teacher's Aid at the school, despite not having proper qualifications, and likely due to nepotism and informal influence. This has given her institutional control over my children's education, enabling further alienation and indoctrination. Legal Precedents and Violations The actions taken by the Wayne County Family Court appear to contravene established legal standards and precedents: Parental Alienation : In Megan W. v. Robert R., the court recognized that a parent's actions to alienate children from the other parent, such as interfering with visitation and disparaging the other parent, are detrimental to the child's well-being and can warrant changes in custody arrangements. Parental Fitness Evaluations : According to West Virginia guidelines, such evaluations should be ordered when there are substantiated concerns about a parent's ability to care for their child. The requirement for me to undergo an expensive PFE evaluation without similar scrutiny applied to Nora raises questions about fairness and adherence to due process. Best Interests of the Child : West Virginia Code §48-9-101 emphasizes that the child's best interests are the primary concern in custody decisions. The current situation, where my children are subjected to emotional abuse and isolation, is very clearly not in their best interests. A CALL FOR PUBLIC INTERVENTION This is not just a custody or family dispute. This is state-supported abuse & alienation, religious manipulation, and a miscarriage of justice that has robbed innocent children of their father, their family, their voice, and their right to a normal, joyful childhood. I am pleading for help from: Child advocacy organizations Veterans' legal and family support networks Civil liberties and parental rights groups The media and public citizens who believe in justice and the protection of children Help me stop this systemic abuse. Help me bring my kids back to a life where they are loved, respected, and free to be children again. Sign and share this petition. While specific details of their itinerary—such as exact destinations and dates—are not fully disclosed in recent reports, their trip aligns with France's ongoing efforts to mediate in the Israel-Palestinian conflict and strengthen ties with regional leaders. Attal, appointed Prime Minister in January 2024, has emphasized France's role in fostering stability, building on President Emmanuel Macron's recent initiatives, including his January 2025 visit to Lebanon to support its new leadership amid recovery from the Israel-Hezbollah war. The couple's travel, however, comes at a time when airline baggage fees, including those newly introduced by Southwest Airlines, have sparked widespread discussion about rising travel costs. Although Attal and Sejourne likely traveled on government or chartered flights—exempt from commercial baggage fees—the broader context of airline policy changes highlights the financial burdens facing regular travelers. Southwest's May 2025 decision to end its "bags fly free” policy, charging $35 for the first checked bag and $45 for the second, reflects a global trend of airlines unbundling services to boost revenue. For a couple like Attal and Sejourne, if traveling commercially, a round-trip with two bags each could add $160 to their costs, underscoring the impact on ordinary citizens planning similar international trips. Attal's Middle East agenda likely focused on reinforcing France's diplomatic presence, given its historical ties to the region. France has been vocal about supporting a two-state solution and recently faced criticism for allowing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's plane to use its airspace despite his ICC arrest warrant. This context suggests Attal's trip aimed to balance France's relations with Israel and Arab states like Jordan or Egypt, where Macron met leaders in 2024. Sejourne, a prominent MEP and former Foreign Minister, likely complemented these efforts, leveraging his diplomatic experience. Public perception of their trip has been shaped partly by a recent controversy involving President Macron and his wife, Brigitte, during a May 2025 flight to Vietnam. A viral video showed Brigitte appearing to push Macron's face as they disembarked, prompting speculation and Russian disinformation claims. Macron dismissed it as a playful moment, but the incident highlights how high-profile trips attract scrutiny. Attal and Sejourne, while less targeted, face similar risks of public misinterpretation, especially on social media platforms like X, where users have expressed mixed views on France's Middle East policies. The trip's broader implications tie into travel economics and diplomacy. Rising baggage fees could deter tourism to the Middle East, a region reliant on international visitors, indirectly affecting France's cultural and economic ties. Diplomatically, Attal's presence reinforces France's commitment to peacebuilding, but navigating the region's complexities—amid domestic pressures from France's Jewish and Muslim communities—remains challenging. As Attal and Sejourne represent France abroad, their journey underscores the delicate balance of diplomacy, public image, and the evolving costs of global travel. However, as of May 28, 2025, Southwest has eliminated this perk, introducing baggage fees for most passengers. This seismic shift, driven by financial pressures and activist investor influence, aligns Southwest with competitors like Delta, United, and American Airlines, which have long charged for checked luggage. The change significantly impacts travel costs and could reshape consumer behavior and airline loyalty. Starting May 28, 2025, Southwest customers booking Basic, Wanna Get Away Plus, or Anytime fares face a $35 fee for the first checked bag and $45 for the second. Exceptions exist: Rapid Rewards A-List Preferred members and Business Select fare passengers still receive two free checked bags, while A-List members and Rapid Rewards credit cardholders get one free checked bag. These fees mirror industry standards, with competitors charging $35-$40 for the first bag and $45-$50 for the second. However, for travelers accustomed to Southwest's no-fee policy, this change adds a new layer of expense to air travel. The financial implications for passengers are notable. A round-trip flight for a family of four checking two bags each could now incur an additional $280 in baggage fees ($35 per first bag, $45 per second, per person, each way). This increase erases much of Southwest's cost advantage, particularly for budget-conscious travelers who relied on the airline's low fares and free baggage to keep trips affordable. Posts on X reflect widespread disappointment, with users lamenting the loss of a key reason for choosing Southwest over other carriers. One user called it "a bad move,” signaling potential erosion of customer loyalty. Southwest's decision stems from a need to boost revenue after reporting a $149 million net loss in Q1 2025. The airline projects baggage fees could generate up to $1.5 billion annually, though it risks losing $1.8 billion in market share due to customer backlash. The move follows pressure from activist investor Elliott Investment Management, which acquired a $1.9 billion stake in Southwest and pushed for revenue-enhancing changes, including ending free baggage and open seating. While Southwest's stock rose 8% after the announcement, competitors like Delta and United anticipate gaining customers who valued Southwest's unique perks. Travelers may now face higher overall costs, especially for longer trips requiring checked luggage. To mitigate fees, passengers might opt for carry-ons, prompting Southwest to install larger overhead bins and deploy mobile bag tag printers. However, this could lead to crowded cabins and slower boarding, potentially diminishing the airline's operational efficiency. Alternatives to avoid fees include enrolling in Southwest's loyalty programs or using their co-branded credit card (with annual fees starting at $69), but these options may not appeal to infrequent flyers. The broader impact on the travel industry is significant. Southwest's alignment with competitors' fee structures reduces differentiation in a crowded market, potentially pushing cost-sensitive travelers to low-cost carriers like Frontier, which recently introduced a free bag offer to capitalize on Southwest's change. As airlines continue to unbundle services—charging separately for bags, seats, and other amenities—travelers must budget more carefully, comparing total costs rather than just base fares. Southwest's policy shift marks the end of an era, challenging passengers to adapt to a new reality where even the most customer-friendly airlines prioritize revenue over perks.
