Eva Witesman is a professor at the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University, where she teaches in the Master of Public Administration and Master of Business Administration programs and serves as Academic Director of the Ballard Center for Social Impact. She teaches leaders how to use organizations and institutions to elevate human potential and solve social problems. As a scholar at a religious university and an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she also spends some of her professional time engaging in devotional work. She regularly provides lectures and workshops on a variety of topics, from the professional to the spiritual. She has also served as a consultant for hundreds of organizations seeking to improve their core strategy, impact evaluation, and mission fulfillment.
