In addition, we covered for the audience, the recently broadcast Jason Veach Case, where he was assaulted in a biker bar and killed by patrons who were restraining him. This case challenges the “stand your ground law”, because Jason did not threaten nor challenge any one person in the bar, in fact he was seated when assaulted. Though police malfeasance was evident in the case, to date, no one has been held to account for Jason’s death.
