The mother of a man who died after being pepper sprayed in Mt Eden Prison wants to see meaningful change, as the second part of inquest into his death gets underway in Auckland. It's been nearly four years since the death of 26-year-old Caleb Moefa'auo, who went into cardiac arrest shortly after being pepper sprayed by an officer in 2022. Now, prison staff are facing questions before Coroner Heather McKenzie. Finn Blackwell was there.
