Days of our Lives spoilers serve up another dramatic week full of emotion and suspense as Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) appeared to be in a state of catatonia after being confronted by her detractors. Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) found the distraught teenager hiding above the Brady pub, leading to an emotional showdown where Sophia admitted to giving birth alone in her bedroom and leaving her son at the firehouse. Sophia also lashed out at her mother Amy, blaming her for her current predicament.
DOOL spoilers reveal Sophia's meltdown led to her being taken to Salem University Hospital, with Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) expressing concerns about the future of their foster son now that Sophia's recent crimes are unconfirmed. Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) updated Amy on Sophia's condition, suggesting that she is experiencing selective mutism due to stress. However, there are suspicions that Sophia might be faking her condition to avoid the consequences of her actions.
Spoilers for Days of our Lives show that Aaron Greene (Louis Tomeo) admitted to sleeping with Sophia, raising the possibility that he might be the father of her baby. As Aaron's sister Kat advised, a DNA test is needed to confirm paternity. The episode ended with the question of whether Sophia is truly catatonic or if she is pulling one last con.
