Charles Duke is a former astronaut & US Air Force officer who became the 10th and youngest person to walk on the Moon on the Apollo 16 mission in 1972. Bart Sibrel is a filmmaker who has written, produced, and directed films arguing that the Apollo Moon landings between 1969 and 1972 were staged by NASA under the control of the CIA.
