If you want to improve your writing skills, you might consider signing up for a copywriting course. But Will Hamilton went a different route…

He took comedy classes on Zoom… from a guy who used to write for Jay Leno.

And in this clip from Dare to Launch, Will explains why it's the best thing he's ever done for his copywriting.

It's not about writing jokes or being funny though…

If you've ever seen a comedian live, you'll know they're masters at creating and building tension, holding it, and releasing it at the perfect moment – so the entire room explodes.

If you think about it, this is exactly what your launches do…

You create and build tension in your prelaunch… and you hold it until you're ready to deliver the punchline – your offer.

(And just how telling the punch line at the wrong time will completely kill a joke… the right move at the wrong time stops your sales dead in the water too...)

It's powerful stuff.
