We had the privilege of having Mark Wilfon the Definitely Uncertain podcast. Mark is Chairman of the Board of Governors of The Jewish Agency for Israel, a partner at Garden Homes, owner of several professional sports teams, and a longtime leader in Jewish communal life.
Together, we discussed his family story andthe values he grew up with as the son of Holocaust survivors, lessons from building and leading businesses across generations, and what sports ownership has taught him about leadership and risk. We also talked about how capital and philanthropy can make the biggest impact in Jewish life and in Israel, the challenges and opportunities facing Jewish institutions today, and the evolving relationship between Israel and the Diaspora.
