He sought to discover how credit unions can better attract top talent and has put a lot of thought and research into this issue for credit unions. Throughout the conversation, Sekou educates us on why attraction of top talent is such a big challenge, what might be the benefits of employee turnover, and how organizations should, and should not, be targeting the different generations.
