There are so many "rules" out there when it comes to our health, drink this much water, eat this kind of protein, exercises this much, but have you ever thought that maybe these "rules" are just a guideline that you dont even need to follow or that you can just modify to make it work for you instead of beating yourself up for not being perfect?
