I think we have all been guilty of it atleast once, preach that something is the only thing you need for your health because it worked for you at the moment, but also we are so quick to jump on the next health trend because well we are sick and tired of being stuck and not seeing the results we want and we just want that quick fix because we are so fed up with trying and trying with no long term results.
