Today we are getting into people-pleasing. A lot of us don’t even know that we are people pleasers and are probably being treated like doormats. And that’s why this conversation becomes even more important. I am speaking with Preeti Sharma who happens to be my best friend.

Preeti is the Product Operation Lead at Quora and a micro-blogger on Instagram. She has taught me a lot in the last 7 years of knowing her. From scaling my social media business to upgrading my mindset.

She is a firecracker of a human and it was difficult for me to believe that she is a recovering people pleaser. And because of these seemingly opposite traits, she is the right person to tell how not to be a human doormat.

Preeti tells us-

-Her story of becoming a people pleaser

-How it impacted her mental health

-how she realised that she was a people-pleaser

-how she is becoming less of a people pleaser

-how she reached where she is now and how you can too.
