In this episode, I share a truth I’ve had to confront myself: most of my stress, frustration, and anger were actually fear in disguise. Fear of things not working out, fear of losing control, fear of not being enough.

And the more I tried to control everything, the more fear I created.

I talk about how choosing trust—trust in the universe, trust in the process, trust in myself—helped me release that fear and find a deeper sense of peace. It all begins with shifting your feelings in the moment.

  • How to recognize when “stress” is really fear

  • Why control creates anxiety instead of safety

  • How faith and trust soften fear instantly

  • A simple practice to shift your emotional state

When you let go of controlling everything, you create space for peace, clarity, and calm.
