When you fly, they tell that, in case of loss of cabin pressure, oxygen masks will fall from the ceiling and you should place the mask on yourself first before you help anyone else. They are on to something. Jack Kornfield said, “If your compassion does not include yourself, it is incomplete.” Before you can help anyone else, you MUST take care of yourself.
