Manage episode 519293897 series 3593011
In this episode, I sit down with my friend Sid Mallya for an interesting conversation. We started with societal standards, especially around drinking culture, and why it’s treated like this default expectation. Sid shares what shifted for him when he stopped drinking, and we both reflect on how much of what we do is shaped by conditioning we never questioned.
We talk about where these “rules” even come from, why they don’t have to define you, and how learning yourself is way more important than following what everyone else is doing.
This isn’t a lecture. It’s not a guide. It’s just an honest conversation about values, identity, and remembering you actually get to choose the life you want.
If you want to rethink the “norms” you’ve outgrown or are just curious about how we see it… this one’s for you.
