R:. W:. Dobbs has been a District Deputy Grand Master and is a two time District Instructor and is a pillar of the Masonic community in the State of Florida. R:. W:. Dobbs talks about the need for those in positions of authority to use their power to lift up other brothers and to be always watching for ways to help our Lodge, our district, and State, and local communities.
