In this episode of ECKERD COLLEGE NEWS, we welcome a new correspondent from campus, Nicole Vogler who is the Triton Publications editor-in-chief. (Janet Keeler, our Story Time podcaster, is both advisor and teaches journalism at Eckerd College.).

Nicole Vogler is a senior at Eckerd College majoring in Creative Writing and Film Studies with a minor in Literature. She is the Editor in Chief of Triton Publications, Eckerd’s student newspaper, and hosts their podcast, Tea with the Triton. Nicole’s from Dallas and is a member of Eckerd’s improv troupe, Another Man’s Trash.
The Current is the daily student-run news organization of Eckerd College. The Triton, which is the official name of Eckerd's student media organization, includes The Current, theonlinecurrent.com, and Cat. 5, our bi-annual magazine. They produce daily web exclusives on our companion website as well as a free monthly print newspaper. Triton Publications is Eckerd College’s award-winning, independent, and experimental mixed-media student news publication. It’s a pre-professional organization of passionate students working to inform and amplify the voices of the Eckerd community.
