Snowball stage is the point at which you are ready to deliver a product to customers. You should know your pricing, and have good answers to the most common questions people will have about your business. You’ll spend this stage almost entirely working on closing your first customer. In order to do that you’re going to need to formally setup your business.
When you have completed this stage you should be able to answer the following questions:
- How much does it cost you to acquire a customer? (or “What is your CAC?”)
- How am I going to drive sales beyond paid channels? (“Content Marketing/Sales Channels”)
- How do I make sure to keep the customers I do have? ( “Customer Retention”)
