Retired US Army Col Jeff McCausland, the CBS Military Analyst, joins Chris and Amy. Congressional members are investigating the US military strikes on a Venezuelan boat that appeared to not kill all of the people on board, but a second strike was called for, killing the survivors. McCausland says an investigation and ruling needs to come from a Judge Advocate General for a final, but that killing the 'defenseless survivors, posing no threat' to the military members, would be considered a war crime and illegal under the military code.
