Amy sits down with Dr. Patrick Cohn, president of Peak Performance Sports, on this episode of the Performance Mindset podcast. Patrick is based in Orlando, Florida, and he’s been an athlete his entire life. He is a mental game coach with a passion for sports and sports psychology, and earned his master’s degree in sports psychology at CSUF. Patrick went on to earn his Ph.D. in education at the University of Virginia, specializing in applied sports psychology. At Peak Performance Sports, he provides mental toughness training to individual and team athletes, working with high-profile teams and athletes such as the Miami Dolphins, NASCAR winners, NHL players, NFL players, national motocross champions, and PGA professional golfers.
