Hey University of Pennsylvania students, it's Jenny with your Campus Update for October 27 through November 3. Let's get you set for the week—fast. First up—Advance Registration for the Spring Term kicks off today, October 27, and runs through November 10. This is your chance to plan your spring schedule, so don't miss out. Next—the deadline to withdraw from a course is Monday, November 3. If you're considering dropping a class, make sure to do it by then to avoid any penalties. And—the November issue of the "AT PENN" calendar is out on October 28. It's packed with upcoming events and deadlines, so check it out to stay in the loop. No major games or standout performances to report from the weekend. Looking ahead, there are no home games scheduled for this week. Stay tuned for updates on upcoming matches and support our teams when they're back in action. The Penn Museum is hosting CultureFest! Día de los Muertos on November 1. It's a vibrant celebration of the Day of the Dead with music, dance, and crafts. A great way to experience cultural traditions right on campus. The Kelly Writers House continues to be a hub for literary events. Check their schedule for readings and workshops happening this week. It's a cozy spot to get inspired and connect with fellow writers. Craving something different? The food trucks along Spruce Street are serving up seasonal specials. Perfect for grabbing a quick bite between classes. This week in Philadelphia, expect a mix of sun and clouds with temperatures ranging from the mid-50s to low 60s. Thursday looks rainy and windy, so pack an umbrella and be cautious of possible ponding on streets. Your move: Start planning your spring courses now. Advance Registration is open until November 10, but popular classes fill up fast. Don't wait—secure your spot today. That's your quick Campus Update. I'm Jenny—catch you next Monday morning.
