This was a fascinating conversation about some medical news (controversy?) currently doing the rounds about pregnant women supplementing with folate and a potential link to gestational diabetes and (in other news...) pregnant women using paracetamol for pain management and a potential link to Autism (according a certain President). I'm sure you know what I'm talking about but before you dive in, let me remind you that two dudes (and Tiff) chatting on a podcast about this stuff on no level qualifies as medical advice.
