Today marks 6 years since I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and I’ve got a lot to say.

In this episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of what this journey has really looked like: the fear, the grief, the strength, the surrender… and everything in between. MS changed my life, but it also taught me how to live in a way I never did before.

This isn’t just about chronic illness. It’s about learning how to listen to your body. About learning how to slow down, let go of guilt, and ask for help. It’s about unlearning everything I thought I had to be—and rebuilding from a place of truth.
