On this week’s episode of the Truth Doctor Podcast, Dr. Courtney Tracy continues her conversation about existential anxiety! She answers questions around the purpose of love, why we live on this planet, why we do our jobs, and who we are if not our thoughts — with 4 other questions discussed in part 1. Her final message is that these questions should be normalized, so that we don’t get labeled as having an “existential crisis” for asking them. There isn’t a true purpose to why we exist, and Dr. Tracy says we should just go out and make our own. Hopefully this episode resonates with you!
