Bill worked for many years in the ADF as a PTI and is an all round legend of a bloke. He currently refers to himself as a breath-work practitioner. We dive into different types of breath-work and how he has used them to heal injuries, a little bit about SARM's, a challenge that left him experiencing rhabdo, a new challenge for the future and sprinkled in is some self development. Basically he likes to push the boundaries of human performance and that's what I like to dissect and breakdown with people. So enjoy this one with Bill Burnett!

Show Notes

  • Bill explains how breath-work has changed his life
  • Exploring generational trauma through plant medicines
  • Reasons why Bill left the military (RAAF PTI)
  • From coaching at an F45 to opening a gym
  • The benefits of SARM's
  • Bill's definition of biohacking
  • Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)
  • Morning routine
  • Experiencing rhabdomyolysis
  • A new challenge to focus on for next year
  • Using breath-work and meditation to heal injuries from the military
  • Journaling for self-development
  • Focusing on what you DO get done in a day instead of what we DON'T get done.

Books

  • Can't Hurt Me - David Goggins
  • The Surrender Experiment - Michael Singer
  • Be More Pirate - Sam Conniff
