Frazer is a strategic and commercially focused leader with international HR and Global Mobility experiences gained both from within and on behalf of multinational corporations operating at scale. With cross-functional HR operational experiences, he has transformed workforce mobility programmes across a dynamic portfolio of MNCs representing various industry sectors.
Currently based in Helsinki, Finland, Frazer spearheads the design and development of AlphaSense's global talent mobility programmes and mobile workforce strategies at a rapidly scaling company headquartered in NYC, with offices across North America, Europe, India, and Singapore.
He enjoys the broad-based scope of work that GM impacts within organizations, citing cross-functional collaboration, intercultural engagements, and effective service delivery partnerships as critical components for success.
