Easter Sunday is the most joyful celebration in the Christian faith: the resurrection of Jesus. Death has been defeated, and hope is restored. The empty tomb declares that Jesus is alive, and because he lives, we also have eternal life. Take some time now to reflect on the significance of the resurrection — it’s the foundation of our faith. In the power of the resurrection we are reconciled to God, restored in relationship with our fellow man, and called to declare redemption and reconciliation to the world around us. We can live in the victory of Christ's resurrection and share the good news with others.
