In this episode, I break down the first part of what I call the Wellness Equation: Health.

Over the years—both personally and professionally—I’ve learned that real wellness doesn’t happen by accident. It’s a conscious process that requires intention and consistency. In this episode, I share the four health pillars that form the foundation of my approach:

  • Exercise
  • Nutrition
  • Sleep and Recovery
  • Stress Management

I’ll explain why walking and yoga aren’t enough if you want real change, how to strength train with purpose, what protein targets I use, and how to reset your nervous system with simple breathwork. I’ll also walk you through tools like the 3-2-1 sleep rule and why most people are eating more and moving less than they realize.
