In this episode of International Menu, I have a Japanese friend Daisuke aka Mt. Fuji from Japan. I met Daisuke at my cleaning job here in Melbourne and he a classic guy! We chat about various things to do and see in Japan as well as Japanese culture and respect. Daisuke cooks a delicious dish called okonomiyaki. Ingredients: water flour 3 eggs 1 onion 1 carrot 1 cabbage bonito flakes okonomiyaki sauce mayo This dish took about 30 minutes to cook.
