A park ranger once explained how migrating crabs find their way to the coast. He said that they follow the slight gradient of the land as it slopes toward the sea, tracing the paths carved by little pockets of water- condensation, collected rain- falling slowly downhill. Tangier Island, Virginia - Population 460 (and shrinking). It's a quirky, isolated place located smack dab in the middle of the Chesapeake Bay. Residents drive golf carts and speak their own dialect, while visitors must travel by boat or plane to get there. But the island is vanishing. The reason why depends who you ask. But the fact is it could become uninhabitable in as little as 25 years, wiping an entire community and way of life off the planet. Should the island be saved... and at what ...

Some will be deep. Some might crack your brain open like a crab leg. But whatever the vibe, you’ll leave with a laugh, a lesson, or at least something to think about on the way to your next adventure. Keeping i ...

The Jataka Tales (or Jatak Katha in Hindi) are a compilation of some of Lord Buddha's most renowned stories that he used to convey his teachings and messages. There have been numerous versions of these stories since then. Gautam Buddha delivered his teachings in the form of amazing stories. These stories are p ...
