I recently hosted a dinner to celebrate my mother's 95th birthday. It was small gathering. My mother's cousin came and brought Caribbean breakfast. Later in the day other people brought gifts of food, others brought their singing voices, all brought love. It was so beautiful it brought me to tears. It was a reminder to me that each one of us can make a difference, just by showing up.
