The prospect of going out to eat can be scary for some people in this keto lifestyle.

Worrisome questions may permeate our thoughts, like: Will I find anything to eat at this restaurant? Am I going to make it weird for other diners? Will I have to go off-keto for this meal? Will a restaurant mind accommodating me?

In today’s podcast, we have some good news: Going out to eat on keto isn’t awful, it’s just new. And, we have some great tips for ordering confidently and enjoying your restaurant experiences.
