What happens when you’re called to this work but no one ever showed you how to hold it?

In this episode, I explore what it means to walk the path of a healer, guide, or space holder without the elders, structure, or ritual that would have once shaped and supported us. We talk about the cost of carrying roles we were never initiated into, the quiet grief of navigating without guidance, and the pressure to hold more than any one person should.

I also offer a Yogic lens on tapas—the discipline of steady, self-led practice—and how it can support us in rebuilding rhythm when there’s no framework to lean on. When no one names us, no one guides us, and no one holds us accountable, tapas becomes the fire we tend to stay close to what’s real.

This is an honest reflection on the path we’re walking now—without performance, without permission, and without pretending it’s easy.
