When thinking about money and money management, it isn’t always about your knowledge and expertise, but also the emotional element. A big aspect is the fear created if you don’t get it right, so it is important to understand and break down these fears. Today Marc is joined by Natasha Janssens, who is the author of Wonder Woman’s Guide to Money and an award-winning accountant, mortgage broker, ex-financial planner and money coach for women. After arriving in Australia as an 18-year-old refugee without her family, Natasha learned firsthand the complexities of navigating the Australian financial system and the challenges faced by Australian women. With no knowledge or support network of her own, she set out to learn everything she could. Natasha speaks about what she has learnt since coming to Australia and the stigma around women and money, and how we need to acknowledge and build confidence when it comes to managing our money.
