Tammy had a clear plan. Starting with no staff and in only 15 short years, Tammy sold Tuckfields to the first person SHE wanted to sell it to at the price she wanted. Tammy regularly took time off (including one continuous 3 month period) and with the systems she had in place, the business ran itself. In fact, at the time of the sale, she was regularly only working 11 hours per week.
What is even more remarkable about her story is that she started with no money and NEVER borrowed any to build it. The growth was funded purely by profit.
