Have you ever ridden in the passenger seat of a car with a child sitting in the backseat holding a toy steering wheel?
They grip it tight. They turn it with confidence. Sometimes they even make the sound effects. And in their minds—they’re the ones driving.
But they’re not. That steering wheel isn’t connected to anything.
It gives them a sense of control… without any actual power.
That’s what it looks like when men try to live with the illusion of control. We act like we’re calling the shots—turning the wheel, directing the story. But deep down, we know it’s not working. We're just afraid to let go.
Today, we’re going to expose that lie.
