Recently I got to talk to Mary Hills, business principle of HeimannHills Marketing Group in Chicago, who works with companies to develop, communicate, implement and evaluate change and growth initiatives. With a career spanning more than 30 years, she has worked with global brand name organisations in marketing, communication and leadership. Mary also teaches organizational leadership and change management, communication ethics and law, corporate communication and the graduate capstone at Loyola University Chicago and serves as an MBA visiting professor at Keller Graduate School of Management.

In this discussion we explore her career journey from business and marketing, to communication and then on to leading our profession through the IABC and the Centre for Strategic Communication Excellence.
