Ben Gibbs, who leads the Afero Customer Enablement (ACE) team, is back and this time he and Shahin Khan discuss why doing multiple IoT projects is so hard. They track how complexity increases as you go from 1) One IoT project for yourself, 2) One IoT project that you productize to be used by many, 3) Multiple IoT projects for multiple devices and device types that are built by one manufacturer, and 4) Multiple IoT projects that must work consistently across devices built by several different manufacturers.
