Afri-WATU!!!!

Dropping another folklore just for you as we jump into the Anansi tales from the Akan people!

This was such fun to read and record & it was made so by the wonderful dulcet tones and incredible storytelling skills of our Guest Narrator, my dear friend Kevin Mwachiro. He did such a dope job (obviously) & I was so honoured to have him join the AfriWetu family allllllll the way from Kilifi...you can hear the sounds of the seashell echo even :)

Thank you Kevin! Afri-WATU make sure you also check out his podcast - NIPE STORY https://open.spotify.com/show/3iDGuiAtnxV4f0bN1Qeupv?si=8c5546555f9a4402- which features African stories from across the continent.

Once you listen in, let us know! (It should show you why he was the perfect fit to tell this folklore:).

As usual a BIG thank you to Big City Studios, and to you Afri-WATU for tuning in!

Until next time

Mubarikiwe!
